Senior Gaming Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gaming Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our gaming floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational and functioning at optimal levels.
  • Supervise a team of gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and resolve service-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, reported, and repaired as needed, minimizing downtime and maximizing player experience.
  • Assist in stock management for tokens, tickets, and consumables, maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Educate customers about games, safety rules, and promotions, enhancing their overall gaming experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the gaming zone, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for players.
  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to management, driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or gaming industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
