Job Title: Chief Gaming Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the successful launch of our mobile games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for gaming.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely game releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, producers, and technical leads.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and timelines using tools such as MS Project or Trello.
  • Evaluate project progress, identify dependencies, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Apply best practices in delivering creative projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of launching or updating products regularly, with at least 8 releases within a 12-month period.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a love for playing games.
  • A background in mobile app development is a plus, enabling you to understand the game development process.
