Real Estate Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Real Estate Harmonization initiative. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, with a strong understanding of system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO.

Key responsibilities include performing end-to-end analysis of existing real estate processes, proposing harmonized to-be processes, defining requirements, and driving solution design and implementation for real estate processes, including master data handling, contracts, invoicing, and a new steering model.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of existing real estate processes and propose enhanced to-be processes.
  • Define and implement comprehensive requirements and steering models for Real Estate (2025).
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of real estate solutions within S/4HANA, aligned with SAP Best Practices and Fiori.
  • Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes, ensuring seamless integration with FI-CO.
  • Conduct thorough fit-gap analyses, prepare detailed documentation (blueprints, functional specs), and support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO.
  • Solid understanding of cost controlling in RE-FX.
  • Experience with IFRS16 lease contract valuation processes in SAP RE-FX.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to RE-FX.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
