Lead Coding Manager Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our coding team and drive business growth through expert management of medical coding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational performance in a coding environment.
  • Certification from AAPC or AHIMA is required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
