Job Title: Regional Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our West Region operations.

The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end warehouse operations management, profit and loss ownership, customer handling, and solution design.

The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

  • Regional Leadership: Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Full ownership of regional warehouse profit and loss including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solutioning & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Technology & Automation: Use warehouse management systems, and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in profit and loss management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
