Warehouse Management Specialist About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an SAP EWM environment.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
  • SAP EWM implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
