Hello, and welcome to our SAP WM Consultant position

  • A highly skilled SAP WM Developer with strong ABAP expertise and in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management processes is required.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable SAP WM solutions that optimize warehouse operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom SAP WM solutions using ABAP programming skills.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for efficient implementation.
  • Develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) for WM processes to enhance system functionality.
  • Enhance and support SAP WM configurations and custom developments to ensure smooth integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WM transactions and warehouse operations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and LE modules for optimal performance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning to maintain system efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, test plans, and end-user guides to facilitate understanding and adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to demonstrate relevant educational background.
  • 8-10 years of SAP WM development and support experience to showcase expertise and domain knowledge.
  • Strong ABAP programming skills (BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, SmartForms, ALV Reports) to leverage programming abilities.
  • Expertise in WM processes such as putaway, picking, transfer orders, stock movements, and inventory management to understand the intricacies of warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with RF transactions and mobile warehouse solutions to demonstrate practical knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, and preferably EWM to ensure comprehensive integration capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in WM or Logistics Execution to demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and embedded EWM to showcase familiarity with advanced systems.
  • Exposure to Fiori/UI5 and OData services to highlight ability to work with modern technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to demonstrate adaptability and collaboration skills.
