**Operational Excellence Leader**

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and growth across our service categories. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical part in shaping the direction of our company.

Our organization is a technology platform that offers customers a wide range of services at home, including beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting. We strive to provide high-quality, standardized, and reliable service experiences for our customers by working closely with hand-picked service partners.

We equip our partners with the necessary technology, training, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand support to help them succeed and deliver exceptional results.

This role involves achieving operational excellence for assigned cities, which includes selecting and training new partners and improving the quality of existing ones. You will also oversee key central growth tracks for the category, focusing on projects that enhance quality and service excellence, as well as those that drive innovation and improve offerings.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure swift and robust execution.

As the owner of your business, you will have direct influence over how it shapes up. We are seeking individuals with a high ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
  • Someone who understands great things get built by both smarts AND hard work.
