Senior Executive Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a senior executive located in Noida.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, analyzing data to drive business decisions, leading and managing a team, creating and managing budgets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure effective operations.

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize data analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • Budgeting: Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Required Skills

  • Operations Management and Budgeting skills: Proven experience in managing operations and creating budgets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Team Management and Customer Service skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Operations: Minimum 15+ yrs experience in Medical coding industry is mandatory.
  • AAPC or AHIMA Credentials: Should have AAPC or AHIMA credentials.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Operations: Additional experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations is desirable.
