Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the role of Branch Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services at the location.
  • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency.
  • Handle crisis situations professionally and effectively.
Fleet Management
  • Ensure fleet administration is carried out in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients based on their requirements.
  • Ensure fleet has required accessories as per company framework.
  • Maintain an optimal ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.
Sales & Servicing
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Analyze market and performance information to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve set targets through effective sales and servicing strategies.
Finances
  • Prepare annual budgets for the branch.
  • Monitor fund flow management and practice expense control.
  • Manage receivables in accordance with company norms.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and report back to corporate office.
HR & Administrative
  • Oversee branch administration to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure Customer Service and Drivers teams are adequately staffed and trained.
  • Appraise team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain ISO standards and implement quality assurance initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or Hotel Management degree.
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance preferred.
Experience

Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, with 5-7 years' experience as a branch head in a reputable car rental company.

Key Competencies: System and quality orientation, market knowledge, commercial acumen, leadership, people management, resource control, and administration.
