Job Description

Solution Lead: We are seeking a seasoned Solution Lead to drive the technical and functional design and implementation of Rapid Response/Maestro solutions for our Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and design technical and functional solutions leveraging Rapid Response/Maestro to address business challenges in our Supply Chain department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to implement and enhance Rapid Response/Maestro functionalities.
  • Promote integration of Rapid Response/Maestro solutions with other Supply Chain systems and functions.
Requirements
  • Provide expertise and guidance to product development teams responsible for delivering Rapid Response/Maestro solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of software craftsmanship within our development and configuration community.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for building and maintaining a robust Center of Excellence.
  • Create a roadmap for talent development and retention through training and certification programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Rapid Response Author Level 3 certification.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Rapid Response solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in Rapid Response configuration and implementation projects.
