Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Solution Architect
to join our Technology Management team. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and modern enterprise solutions that align with our long-term business and technology goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise and solution architecture, cloud technologies, application modernization, and cross-platform integration within large-scale, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Delivery

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectural solutions.
• Define and design system and application architectures across multiple technology domains.
• Develop architectural blueprints, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical documentation to guide development teams.
• Lead modernization efforts for legacy systems, transitioning to cloud-native architectures.

Strategic Planning & Technology Alignment

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align product roadmaps with business and technical strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks for fit and alignment with enterprise needs.
• Drive the development and implementation of long-term technology strategies and architectural standards.
• Ensure architectural solutions are cost-effective, future-ready, and aligned with the organization's vision.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Serve as the technical advisor and subject matter expert for critical systems and architecture decisions.
• Guide teams in adopting best practices in microservices, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Promote architectural governance, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and scalability across initiatives.
• Mentor and coach architects and technical professionals to build internal architecture capabilities.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, operations, product, business) for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support and contribute to Agile practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Lead architecture reviews, contribute to enterprise standards, and ensure technical alignment across programs.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications
(Preferred but not mandatory)

• TOGAF, Zachman Framework
• AWS / Azure Solution Architect
• Certified SAFe Architect

Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles in large-scale or complex environments.
• 9+ years in designing and implementing product architectures across diverse platforms and technologies.
