Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect Senior Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing complex applications and architecture components, with experience leading small groups of developers in configuring, programming, and testing. They will be accountable for service commitments at the individual request level for in-scope applications, monitoring, tracking, and participating in ticket resolution for assigned tickets.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage code reviews and mentor other developers, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design complex applications and architecture components
  • Lead small groups of developers in configuring, programming, and testing
  • Fix medium to complex defects and resolve performance problems
  • Accountable for service commitments at the individual request level
  • Monitor, track, and participate in ticket resolution for assigned tickets
  • Manage code reviews and mentor other developers
