Job Title:

Senior Dynamics CRM Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to drive the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, with in-depth expertise in developing plugins, workflows, APIs, and architecting Dynamics 365 systems integrated with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end CRM solutions, managing data migrations using SSIS, leading a team of developers, and ensuring smooth delivery aligned with business requirements.

Proficiency in C# development, customer engagement modules, and technical architecture design is essential.

A strong communicator with hands-on experience in banking domain projects or Microsoft certifications will be a distinct advantage.

This is a hybrid full-time role based across major cities in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing plugins, custom workflows, and custom API development
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (7+ years)
  • Customer Engagement Modules (Service, Sales, Field Services, Marketing, Project Service)
  • C# Programming with Strong OOP and Domain-Driven Design
  • Microsoft Dataverse
  • Power Platform (Power Apps Model-driven Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages)
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud (Functions, Logic Apps -Logic Apps Mandatory-)
  • MS Dynamics 365 Technical Architecture Design
  • Data Migration using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • CRM Implementation Experience (Minimum 45 full-cycle implementations)
