Job Title: Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Management: Serve as an advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance on HR strategies and innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Recruitment: Develop job profiles for each recruitment need, source relevant candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate packages within budget constraints.
  • Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new recruits, plan, schedule, and conduct relevant training sessions based on identified needs.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of candidate lists, interview assessments, and exit interviews, prepare and maintain various formats of offer letters, HR policies, performance improvement programs, and relieving letters.
  • Compliance: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in coordination with the admin and finance teams, regularly update and communicate compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS): Create and manage a system for capturing key data metrics based on management needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Payroll and Other Activities: Establish and monitor processes for salary, health insurance schemes, loan policies, and coordinate with partners and the finance team.
  • Documenting and Managing SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR activities, ensuring systems are in place for process monitoring and exception reporting.
  • Supervision: Ensure HR policies are implemented without deviation, supervise HR Global, Admin, and Housekeeping functions to ensure compliance with their roles and responsibilities.
  • Performance Review: Prepare and maintain periodic performance reviews, provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Counseling and Troubleshooting: Ensure employee morale, safety, and security are maintained at all times, provide counseling and address complaints under POSH.
  • Conducting and Coordinating Events and Celebrations: Plan and execute events and celebrations as per company policy, ensuring coordination and budget adherence.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Drive HR innovation by introducing new processes and best practices, independently manage HR functions, minimizing management interference in routine matters.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ZOHO People or similar HRIS is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive network of external trainers and HR professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in career progression and succession planning.
  • Dynamic and agile to meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Strategic insight into HR functions that positively impact talent acquisition, retention, and career progression.
  • Ambitious to grow with the organization, which is planning for an IPO in three years.
