Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Associate to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop New Products:

In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize processes to meet customer requirements. You will be responsible for developing new products by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues to optimize process performance.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. This will involve working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of process development projects.

Document Product Development Lifecycle:

You will document all aspects of the product development lifecycle using standardized tools and procedures. This will involve creating detailed documentation of process development activities, including experimental designs, results, and conclusions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in process development or a related field (e.g., chemical engineering).
  • New Product Development Principles: Strong understanding of new product development principles and methodologies.
  • Process Engineering Techniques: Experience with process engineering techniques such as batch planning, control systems, and equipment selection.
