Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs, ensuring timely delivery and maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantity and Project Estimates, taking into account all relevant factors and considerations.
  • Develop Tender Documents and Specifications based on detailed drawings, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Conduct thorough site checks to verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Evaluate the quality of materials and workmanship, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication with clients and site engineers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Review and revise drawings in consultation with architects and other technical experts, guaranteeing precision and accuracy.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and progress.

Requirements:

  • Be prepared to undertake site visits and inspections, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work routine.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a range of software applications, including AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, thinking creatively and outside the box to resolve complex challenges.
  • Display ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, embracing accountability and responsibility.

Education:

  • Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a B.Tech/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, providing a solid foundation for success in this field.

Additional Information:

  • Knowledge of Gujarati language is a plus, allowing you to connect with a wider range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a civil-related company is highly preferred, but not essential – freshers are also encouraged to apply.
