Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Architect to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our learners.

Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring seamless and pixel-perfect implementation of products.

You will own the end-to-end product interface journey, from user research and prototyping to ensuring smooth handoff with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for apps and web platforms.
  • Use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Create scalable vector graphics that enhance the product experience.
  • Work with developers to ensure responsive layouts and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of Figma for UI/UX workflows.
  • Proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and experience in motion design/micro-interactions.
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered problem-solving in product/app design.
