Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong skills to create simple, intuitive, and aesthetically refined digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to scalable design systems.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies for design feasibility discussions.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design.
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools.
