UI/UX Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Lead to drive the design vision, build scalable design systems, and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

This leadership role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams while mentoring a team of designers to create impactful solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • E nsure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role. A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes is essential. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools is also required.

The following skills and qualifications are necessary:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
