Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Thehiringbee, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and sending commercial proposals to customers for new product orders. You will handle cold calls sales, negotiate prices with customers and vendors, and follow up with the purchase team to ensure timely delivery and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Handling: Identify opportunities, send commercial proposals, handle cold calls sales, negotiate prices with customers and vendors.
  • Follow-up with Purchase Team: Get purchase order pricing, send to respective purchase team, monitor follow-up with customers and get appliances and software licenses.
  • Product Training: Attend product training, conduct product training for internal sales team, learn new products and technologies.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Maintain daily calls report, submit weekly reports to management, attend daily meetings with sales manager and bi-weekly meetings with Director.
  • Other Responsibilities: Coordinate inside sales business development executives, achieve quarterly targets, drive overall team to achieve committed numbers.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years.
  • Max CTC: 2.8 LPA to 4.5 LPA depending on experience.
