Business Development Representative

At Smart Work Consultants, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales deals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Conduct needs assessments with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
4. Present products/services to customers via phone, email, or video conferencing.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to meet sales targets.
Requirements
1. 1+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
