Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Thehiringbee. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
