Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Thehiringbee. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
