Job Summary

The Job Description:

Gathering requirements, testing, training, and leading meetings are key responsibilities. Setting up and demonstrating CRPs, RICEF developments, and writing functional specifications are also essential tasks.

We are seeking a professional with experience in Warranty Management, specifically in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Warranty Management systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LO-WTY Warranty Management, configuration level SD, and strong pricing background.

  • LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle
  • IC/OC claim versions
  • claim functionality
  • SD Pricing and pricing enhancements

Awareness or familiarity with the VSR tool (Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules) is beneficial. Knowledge of quality code catalogs on header/version/item level and other experiences are pluses. Familiarity with ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, and account keys are also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering requirements and documenting them properly
  • Testing and training teams on new features and processes
  • Leading meetings to discuss project progress and challenges
  • Setting up and demonstrating CRPs and RICEF developments
  • Writing functional specifications that meet business needs
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in Warranty Management, preferably with SAP
  • Strong understanding of LO-WTY Warranty Management and configuration level SD
  • Pricing knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with VSR tool and its components
  • Knowledge of quality code catalogs and other relevant areas
