About the Role

This leadership position oversees performance marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and growth through data-driven strategies and innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing digital media plans, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex, KPI-driven media plans for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize performance, working closely with analytics teams to track key metrics.
  • Manage testing, QA, QC, and debugging of analytical/tagging code, ensuring seamless integration with business systems.
  • Train, mentor, and upskill the Paid Media team, overseeing career growth paths and professional development.
  • Produce clear, detailed client-facing reports to identify areas of opportunity for improving campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in performance marketing. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including paid social, search, and display advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
