Key Responsibilities:

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns that fuel measurable growth across digital ecosystems.

  1. Lead paid campaigns across acquisition channels—social, SEM, display—strategically building funnel-driven growth and ROI.
  2. Conduct deep quantitative analysis leveraging tools like Google Analytics to surface insights, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize media spends.
  3. From keyword research and competitor analysis to ad copywriting and campaign setup—especially on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  4. Maintain meticulous oversight over campaigns—monitor results, conduct A/B tests, and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and bidding for improved ROI.
  5. Define and evolve KPIs that best measure performance and guide continuous optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Solid expertise in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing tactics.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity, A/B testing, and metric-based decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of quality across all campaign elements.
  • Experience in building dashboards, media performance tracking, and collaborating in dynamic cross-functional teams.
