Role Overview

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist
with a minimum of
1 year of hands-on experience
in running and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should not only have technical skills in paid ads and analytics but also a genuine
interest in driving measurable results
in the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Continuously optimize ads for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team to develop high-performing creatives.
  • Research and monitor competitors to stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze campaign data and present insights with clear recommendations.
  • Explore new digital channels for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in digital/performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM
    .
  • Analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting & dashboards.
  • Proactive, passionate about digital marketing, and a
    self-starter
    .
  • Experience in the
    interior design/home décor industry
    is an added advantage.
