JOB TITLE: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Bangalore South.
Experience: 2-5 years
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, native ads platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
- Google Ads Expertise:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, create ad copy, and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
- Native Advertising:
- Plan and execute native ad campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Affiliate Marketing:
- Build and manage affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Collaborate with affiliates to optimize partnerships and drive incremental sales.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Negotiate contracts, track influencer performance, and measure ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and native ad platforms.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget while achieving target outcomes.
- Stay Updated on Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing, including algorithm changes and emerging advertising platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, native ads, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and native advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AdWords Manager.
- Experience with affiliate management platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
