About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Leader with extensive experience in driving marketing functions within Ed-Tech industry. The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven leader with expertise in brand building, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, paid marketing, and brand strategy, along with the ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).
  • Lead brand positioning, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Own and optimize marketing budgets across online channels.
  • Drive performance marketing through SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, remarketing, and partnerships.
  • Manage web, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business leadership to maximize ROI.
  • Build strong customer personas and analytics-driven strategies for precise targeting.
  • Oversee creative, content, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.
