Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our BPO marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that position the company as a leader in the global BPO space.

Key Objectives:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing the brand identity across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with BPO buyers globally.

Digital Presence:

This individual will oversee website performance, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and digital engagement metrics to drive inbound traffic and improve lead conversion rates.

Content Strategy:

They will lead the creation of high-impact content, including white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations that showcase the company's BPO expertise and success stories.

Market Insights:

The marketing executive will analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and buyer behavior to refine messaging and service positioning.

Sales Support:

They will collaborate with the business development team to create pitch decks, collateral, and client-facing materials that support the sales cycle and strengthen the value proposition.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, customer acquisition lifecycle, and global outsourcing trends
