We are seeking a seasoned and empathetic digital marketing leader to oversee and drive our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of digital marketing resources, ensuring seamless execution of projects and workflows.
  • Monitor and regularly assess overall team and individual performance against goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Actively participate in individual team members' performance reviews, providing regular feedback and coaching on skills development and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team resources to ensure accurate execution of work and adherence to standard practices and guidelines.
  • Share insights and expertise to support management and leadership in assessment of individual skills and aptitude, as well as potential for career expansion.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project and resource management expertise.
  • Experience with knowledge of Workfront or other project management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Understanding and experience with digital marketing tools, including content management systems, automation/CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Professional and conversational fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Leads with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset, with strong mentorship skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain a current understanding of industry best practices in digital marketing.
