Capital Markets Assurance Leader

Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our capital markets assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and be able to oversee the planning, execution, and review of audit engagements.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in audit, assurance, or a related field, preferably within capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
