Site Merchandiser Role

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for e-commerce site merchandising? This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, shaping customer awareness and driving conversion. We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business, develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, and track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping journey.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wire frame development to execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
