The Visual Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in managing the delivery of new arrivals and replenishments, monitoring section sales and rankings, and overseeing overall sales performance. Additionally, the role requires expertise in analyzing various visual control reports to inform merchandising decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt of new arrival and replenishment merchandise to ensure timely and accurate stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze section sales and rankings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgeted sales targets to drive sales growth.
- Develop a thorough understanding of various visual control reports to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Present action plans in response to changes in sales or inventory levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and feedback on improving product offerings.
- Suggest and review items for orders and blocking to optimize stock levels.
- Execute merchandising tasks such as visual displays and store layouts.
- Support customer service tasks on the floor by providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist in training Sales Advisors on fashion trends and styles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
