Data Axle India Technical Lead

Data Axle India is a leading provider of data, marketing solutions, sales, and research services. We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead - Data Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of data engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project designs with business goals and secure stakeholder approval.
- Oversee the support team's operations to ensure seamless issue resolution and maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with global teams to ensure transparency and alignment among all project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
- Strong background in AWS, Python, PySpark, and optionally.NET, C#, and Angular.
- Extensive experience with AWS services, including Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and EMR.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team.
- Experience in task allocation and workload balancing to optimize team productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear technical guidance.
