Data Axle Job Description

Data Axle Inc. is a leading provider of data, marketing solutions, sales, and research for over 50 years in the USA. Its global centre of excellence in Pune delivers mission-critical data services to customers using a proprietary cloud-based technology platform and business databases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for data processing, preparation, and customization for client and company projects, including data export and modification according to client requirements.

We are looking for a Data Fulfillment Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Developing project designs according to client requirements
  • Preparing output deliverables and data export with client-dependent modifications
  • Completing client reporting and monitoring service level agreements
  • Assisting in error identification and resolution, escalating as necessary
  • Creating documentation for tracking and documenting processes using flow charts
  • Performing quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity
  • Maintaining procedure lists and records, as well as updating data tables
  • Monitoring job progress for timely delivery, working extra hours as needed to meet deadlines
  • Following standard operating procedures for the department

Qualifications:

An Associate's degree or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of relevant work experience.
