Job Responsibilities



  • Strong understanding of Data Axle processes, data assets, and the ability to serve as an expert in the use of Data Axle systems, products, and services.
  • Manage and confirm incoming orders, ensuring requests are properly understood and executed.
  • Set up and launch complex inquiries in relevant platforms with segmentation to determine maximum and targeted audiences.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, account managers, and other teams.
  • Maintain logs, monitor, and track customer concerns, including documentation of customer interactions.
  • Request and review required order documentation, including contracts, approvals, credit applications, and billing documentation.
  • Coordinate approvals for consumer orders and obtain waiver or Subscription Account Number (SAN) as required.
  • Provide service and troubleshooting support to customers and research best practice protocols.
  • Follow Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work in the Pune office during evening and/or overnight shifts.
  • Maintain customer relationship management systems and serve as a backup for other team members.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
  • Ability to handle workload quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner while maintaining integrity.
  • Ability to review order data, offer options, and resolve issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and various Internet tools.
  • Excellent command of communication, with the ability to communicate professionally with individuals.
  • Quick learner with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal effort.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation to accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask while maintaining quality.
