
Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role within our Human Resources department.
This strategic position requires the ability to lead and manage HR functions, drive employer brand strategy, and foster a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior HR management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Policies and Procedures: Design and enforce company policies that promote a healthy work environment, including compensation and benefits plans.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Host recruitment events, discuss career development paths with managers, and monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
- Budget Management and Compliance: Review departmental budgets and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Employee Engagement and Well-being: Organize learning and development programs, address employee requests and grievances, and maintain HR procedures that support employee well-being.
Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and excellent communication abilities.
- Leadership skills to foster healthy employee relations and drive business growth.
