About the Job

This role involves driving organisational excellence by developing, implementing, and monitoring governance policies and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to organisational standards while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organisation.
  • Create, document, and maintain organisation-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collect, analyse, and publish organisation-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is required, with a master's degree or relevant certifications being a plus.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, process improvement, or a related field is required for this role.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven organisation with a focus on product development is highly desirable.
