Job Description:

The role of Associate Director IES CIS Governance – Service Delivery requires a professional with extensive experience in IT governance to ensure delivery excellence and strategic program management for enterprise-wide initiatives. This position demands a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security standards, as well as the ability to drive governance for architecture standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing a measurable governance framework aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs within the Cloud & Infrastructure Services team.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to plan, manage, and track dependencies for strategic programs.
  • Governance Framework Development: Create and execute an objective governance framework for IT infrastructure strategies and policies that align with business goals.
  • Policies and Compliance: Develop CIS policy documents aligned with strategic roadmaps and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of cloud and IT infrastructure policies and governance framework, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports to track performance, monitor compliance, and support decision-making processes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of total work experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to drive governance for architecture standards.
