Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sourcing Specialist to spearhead our sourcing initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in driving cost optimization and enhancing supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic sourcing projects to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships
- Conduct thorough supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management
- Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights, create reports, and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in global procurement e-sourcing and CLM tools is highly desirable.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field are required.
