We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Contracting Strategy:
- Manage large books of work across multiple individuals, teams, and geographies.
- Develop and implement high-value and complex sourcing projects and contracts.
- Identify supply optimization opportunities for speed-to-market, innovation, revenue enhancement, risk mitigation, and cost advantage.
- Supplier Performance and Relationship Management:
- Participate in supplier management activities involving key preferred suppliers.
- Analyze contracts to generate insights for category leads and leadership.
- Support BPS with analytics required to solve root cause issues and collaborate with local procurement on solutions.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Champion process improvements and recommend new ways of working.
- Lead or participate in organizational cross-functional development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (desired).
- Minimum 5 years' work experience with at least 3 years in procurement or relevant experience.
- Clear understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing process.
- Strong contracting acumen with experience in negotiating complex contracts.
- Expertise in procurement processes, technology, and systems, contract and supplier analysis and management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier diversity, strategic planning, and integrated supply chain.
