Enterprise Content Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and managing ECM solutions to help organizations efficiently manage their enterprise content and optimize document-centric processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ECM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform tasks and make decisions, maintaining team decision-making authority, engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions, developing and implementing ECM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices, configuring and customizing ECM modules, providing technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, developing and maintaining system documentation, working with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate ECM with other applications, participating in upgrades and system health checks, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ECM.
  • Proficiency in ECM tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
