We are seeking an experienced professional to lead category-focused growth in the EdTech space. Candidates with prior experience in NEET, JEE, UPSC, or other exam-prep channels will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for high-growth categories like NEET, JEE, UPSC, etc.
  • Own end-to-end content lifecycle: planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Optimize videos for search engine optimization (SEO) - including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and watch time
  • Track and analyze audience behavior, retention, click-through rate (CTR), and engagement trends
  • Collaborate with educators, content teams, and design/editing teams
  • Drive A/B testing for thumbnails and content formats
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
  • Maintain quality and consistency in brand voice and viewer experience
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing platforms
  • Mandatory EdTech or exam-prep category experience (NEET, JEE, UPSC, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and audience strategy
  • Ability to manage relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in team coordination, content pipeline management, and real-time publishing
  • Strategic, creative, and deeply data-driven mindset
