Job Title: Digital Content Manager">

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to lead our digital content operations. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage workload planning, resource prioritization, and team capacity management to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  2. Develop and continuously improve workflow processes, tools, and documentation to support scalable content delivery.
  3. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-dev handoff, including clear specs, asset delivery, and QA support.
  4. Serve as a bridge between creative, strategy, and technical teams, ensuring both visual fidelity and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years' experience in digital content operations, digital content strategy within e Commerce, or marketing technology environments, including 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, run status meetings, and maintain project documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between creative, strategy, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of web and mobile guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail, airline, or e-commerce design experience.
  • Experience building or scaling design operations (DesignOps) or content operations frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design/content tools to boost team efficiency.
