Content Management System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AEM Guides Developer to oversee the administration of our DITA-based content management system. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality content to our customers.
As a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in administering AEM Guides or similar systems, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless content delivery and maintaining strong knowledge of DITA concepts, maps, topics, and specializations.
- Administer AEM Guides and ensure seamless content delivery
- Maintain strong knowledge of DITA concepts, maps, topics, and specializations
- Proficiency in DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT) is essential
- Collaborate with implementation vendors and engineering teams to drive content migration and localization workflows
- Develop and maintain excellent documentation, communication, and training skills
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and XPath
- Familiarity with authoring workflows and publishing pipelines
- Experience with content migrations, conversions, and metadata management
- Ability to work with Adobe products like AEM Guides and AEM Assets
- Knowledge of knowledge management or large-scale content operations
- Experience with AI-driven content analytics or search
