Influencer Marketing- Senior Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and sales through strategic partnerships with social media influencers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships & Campaign Management:
    • Identify and manage relationships with key influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and performance metrics.
  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Evaluate content for brand fit and optimize its performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign performance using reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
    • Present detailed reports to inform future campaign optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with brand, product, and creative teams to synchronize influencer activities with marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness sector.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign concepts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and the influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
