Process Associate Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in Electronics and Communication Engineering or BSc-Electronics.

  • A basic understanding of electronics concepts and a quality mindset is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and business process knowledge will be highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PPT, is required.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions is also necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration within the team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines is a must.

This role requires strict adherence to product and process standards at all times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a work product review plan to ensure quality compliance.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Preparing quality assurance reports that include internal quality audit reports, metrics reports, and process compliance reports.

Maintaining data confidentiality by not sharing local copies with external parties is also paramount in this role.
