At the forefront of collections excellence, we seek a skilled professional to spearhead all collection processes for allocated portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate portfolio to aligned vendors and conduct ongoing reviews to drive performance on business targets through an extended team of field executives and callers
  • Formulate tactical short-term incentive plans to increase productivity and drive DRR
  • Ensure critical segments are reviewed and performance is driven on them
  • Use hardship tools judiciously and adhere to settlement waivers
  • Conduct ongoing field visits on critical accounts and document in Collect24 system
  • Raise red flags on deterioration in portfolio health indicators/frauds and timely alarms on critical incidents
  • Adhere to guidelines in SVCL and maintain process hygiene at aligned agencies

Role Purpose

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all collections processes for allocated portfolios, with a focus on driving performance and improving customer experience.

Role Accountability

As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for:
