Job Description

Job Title: Portfolio Executive (Sales and Collection)- Financial Service -

Job Responsibility

1. EV Three-Wheeler Collections:

Manage and execute the collection process for the EV three-wheeler portfolio.

Achieve collection targets, focusing on key parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.

Monitor and control delinquency across various buckets and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

2. NPA Management:

Actively work to keep NPAs within the assigned budget for the defined region.

Implement strategies to minimize defaults and recover outstanding dues efficiently.

3. Delinquency Management:

Reduce the percentage of overdue accounts by implementing effective collection strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections.

Regularly engage with defaulting customers to understand the reasons for delays and implement recovery strategies.

5. Legal Compliance and Asset Verification:

Conduct asset verifications and manage possession processes as per legal frameworks.

Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and represent the organization in legal proceedings as needed.

6. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with collection agencies and vendors to ensure they perform according to defined SLAs.

Ensure all payments and audit receipts are deposited promptly and within the required timelines.

7. Repo Vehicle Sales:

Oversee the repossession and sale of vehicles, ensuring maximum recovery value.

Collaborate with sales teams to find buyers for repossessed vehicles and negotiate terms of sale.

8. Field Analysis and Portfolio Management:

Analyze the portfolio of accounts to identify high-risk accounts and develop strategies to minimize losses.

Conduct regular analysis of the portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to adjust collection strategies and improve overall portfolio performance.

9. Customer Interaction:

Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their payment challenges and negotiate repayment plans.

10. Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.

11. Collections Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual collections targets set by the organization.

12. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection process.

13. Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with collection policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

14. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze collection data to identify trends, develop strategies, and prepare reports for management review.Key Skills:Key Skills:

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of legal processes related to collections, asset recovery, and repo vehicle sales.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult customer interactions.

Target Industry: BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Financial services

Mandatory :

Experience in EV three-wheeler/Commercial Vehicle collections in local market.

Proven track record of managing collections and reducing NPAs.

Familiarity with the local market and its unique challenges in the EV sector.

Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to asset recovery, collections, and repo vehicle sales.
